INTEGRITES participated in the International League of Competition Law Annual Congress 2019 in Paris, France

INTEGRITES Antitrust and Competition team represented by counsel Serhiy Shershun and associate Mykola Boichuk participated in the International League of Competition Law Annual Congress as national rapporteur for Ukraine. They presented Ukrainian national report on the question “*To what extent should competition law be concerned with differences in prices, terms and conditions, or quality offered by suppliers to different purchasers?*“. The report has been prepared by Serhiy Shershun, Mykola Boichuk, and Anna Garbar.

During the Congress Serhiy and Mykola participated in discussions on innovative markets and FMCG-retail competition issues, attended by legal practitioners from Europe, Americas, and Asia; in-house lawyers and economists from international companies; and well-known experts in competition, such as Frederic Jenny, head of OECD Competition Committee, and Mario Monti, the Prime Minister of Italy (2011 to 2013), former European Commissioner.
