On 29 April – 3 May 2017 the V Arbitration School jointly organized by the Ukrainian Arbitration Association and the League of Students of the Ukrainian Bar Association took place.

Over 20 students and young lawyers from Ukraine participated in the intensive five-day programme. Specialized international arbitration training included lectures, interactive workshops and mock case in English. The reputed arbitration experts from Belarus, France, Germany, Great Britain, Lithuania, Ukraine and Switzerland were among the School’s speakers.

“The school is an educational programme, which gives students and young professionals a chance to gain new knowledge and skills, to raise their qualification, and also can become the first step in building a career in arbitration. And I’m very pleased to be a part of such an initiative,” – comments Partner of INTEGRITES and UAA President Olena Perepelynska.

Annual Arbitration School is the project created at the initiative of Ukrainian Arbitration Association aimed to help young professionals interested in arbitration to access to information and experience of Ukrainian and foreign international arbitration experts. The School organizers received the most pleasant feedback from the participants, in particular, the mock-case traditionally sparked lively interest .«Mock case turned out to be very useful, it was an opportunity to apply knowledge in practice. To participate in a mock-case with such recognized experts for me was an invaluable experience», – shares his impression one of the School’s students.
