Olena Perepelynska was a speaker at GAR Live Atlanta conference

On March 6, 2018 at the Atlanta Centre for Mediation and Arbitration based at Georgia State University College of Law GAR Live Atlanta conference took place.

Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of International Arbitration in the CIS countries at INTEGRITES delivered a speech and took part in panel discussion during which the participants discussed the recent political events, cases, developments occurred in 2017 in both regional and international arbitration and what influence they will have for the future.

During the event the leading international experts also examined the concept of due process with a focus on the arguable tension between the notion of due process and the discretion of arbitrators to manage and control the arbitrations upon which they sit.
