Victoria Melnychenko told how to develop a compliance culture in the company

Victoria Melnychenko, head of Agro&Food and Compliance practices, acted as a speaker during Corporative Compliance Week organized by Legal High School.

All events were devoted to the one global topic – “Why and to whom it is beneficial to adhere to legislation?” and was focused on importance of compliance in companies and abidance of local policies and procedures.

Victoria Melnychenko, in turn, gave a lecture on how to build a corporate compliance program in company and shared with audience practical advice about implementation of compliance functions. Furthermore, she told about main internal documents it is necessary to have for successful partnership with European contracting parties and demonstrated the importance of implementing a complex of compliance procedures by analyzing the cases of large international companies that had a significant responsibility for compliance violations.
