Volodymyr Pavlenko moderated one of the sessions at IX Annual Legal Conference of Corporate Lawyers (Legal Counsels)

On April 20, 2018 Kyiv hosted IX Annual Legal Conference of Corporate Lawyers (Legal Counsels) the organizer of which was the Ukrainian Bar Association.

Volodymyr Pavlenko, Partner at INTEGRITES, moderated the session “New Procedural Codes” during which judges from the Supreme Court and legal practitioners discussed challenges and contradictions of application of the new procedural codes, the most important procedural changes, the role of the Supreme Court and its High Chamber in settling the disputes according to the new legislation.

The event was attended by the heads of the legal departments of the leading Ukrainian companies, representatives from the state authorities and courts who within the frameworks of the separate sessions discussed issues related to peculiarities in cooperation with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, judicial reform implementation, innovations to the corporate and tax law, compliance and corporate security.
