Acknowledging the teamwork during wartime: INTEGRITES announces new promotions


Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance practice, Olena Savchuk, gets promoted to become the 8th сounsel in the Ukrainian office of the firm.

Olena Savchuk joined INTEGRITES in 2015 as Senior Associate. Her professional expertise includes various types of financing, derivatives, payment services, restructuring and enforcement of indebtedness. Industry-wise, Olena’s practice has been focused on financial institutions and fintech, agriculture and energy, in particular, renewables.

Olena regularly gets involved in working groups for development of regulations on currency reform, cross-border financial services, payment systems and secured finance. During the Russian-Ukrainian war, together with partners Oleksiy Feliv and Oleh Zahnitko, Olena has joined the rehousing policy advisory group to the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine. Olena’s recent recognitions in the international rankings are: Rising Star in Banking, Finance and Capital Markets (The Legal500), Best Lawyers (Project Finance, Development), IFLR1000 (Notable Practitioner, Project Development).

Nadiya Mykiyevych receives promotion to the Senior Associate in the International Arbitration and Cross-Border Litigation practices. She joined INTEGRITES in 2020 as Associate. Her experience includes advising clients in many high-profile disputes in energy, banking, pharmaceutical and agro sectors.

Nadiya has 7 years of experience and specializes in complex issues arising in the course of commercial and investment arbitration. Her expertise in English contract law has contributed to INTEGRITES team’s successful track record in commodities disputes. Nadiya also regularly consults clients on intricate matters of Ukrainian law in cross-border proceedings in English and the U.S. courts.

Additionally, Junior Associate Anna Kozyrieva (International Arbitration) receives promotion to Associate. Having joined the firm in 2018, Anna has participated in numerous firm’s projects under various arbitration rules in accordance with the law of England, Germany, Switzerland, Ukraine.
