Ainur Akhmetova selected Head of INTEGRITES’ Astana office

Integrites is pleased to announce the selection of Ainur Akhmetova as a Head of Integrites’ Astana office.

Ainur brings more than 15 years of experience in energy, corporate law, finance and securities to her clients. She is a member of Public Organization “Kazakhstan Bar Association”.

“I am honored to have been given the opportunity to lead the Firm’s dedicated and talented professionals in Astana,” said Ainur.

Ainur has authored, presented and published several articles and papers in the renewable energy areas. As well, Ainur is a member of the Bolashak Alumni Association.

Recently Ainur has advised on M&A in Renewable Energy Industry and on establishment of second-tier Islamic bank in Kazakhstan; implemented Employee Share Purchase Plan of huge oil company in Kazakhstan; drafted a Regulation of National Shariah Board in Kazakhstan and its establishment; participated in creation of Astana International Financial Center.
