Dmytro Marchukov and Serhii Uvarov are recognized as Global Leaders by Who's Who Legal Asset Recovery 2022

Two partners of INTEGRITES have been listed among five best Ukrainian practitioners in asset recovery according to the international guide Who’s Who Legal Asset Recovery 2022.

Only specialists who have met independent international research criteria are listed. Nominees have been selected based on comprehensive survey work with both general counsel and private practitioners worldwide.

The publication mentions that Dmytro Marchukov who receives recognition in the area for the sixth year in a row “enjoys stellar reputation as an asset recovery lawyer and comes recommended as “a smart and energetic lawyer who gets great results”. He is one of the founding members of the Asset Tracing and Recovery Association (Ukraine). He also represents international and local sovereign, corporate and private clients in close to every kind of contentious matters including asset tracing and recovery.

Serhii Uvarov who receives recognition in the area for the second year in a row represents Ukrainian state authorities, Ukrainian privately owned and state companies before foreign courts and international tribunals. He also advises clients on transnational insolvency and receivership, fraud investigation, including anti-bribery probes, as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign judicial and arbitral awards in Ukraine.
