INTEGRITES announces new appointments based on the results of performance evaluation in 2019.
Based on the 2019 internal evaluation results, INTEGRITES also announces career promotions within Tax and Customs team. The practice led by Partner Viktoriya Fomenko has already gained a leading position on the national legal market. In particular, it has been engaged in one of the first disputes in Ukraine related to transfer pricing, as well as have been supporting the client in a record-breaking USD 320 million tax dispute.
Effective from January 1, 2020, the firm reinforces Tax and Customs team by promoting Oleg Kotliar and Kostyantyn Kharchenko to senior associates.
Oleg Kotliar has more than 6 years of experience in tax law, advising mostly private clients and Ukrainian groups of companies. He specializes in issues related to taxation for business and private clients, corporate structuring, asset planning and inheritance, as well as supports transactions involving cross-border element. As a member of tax and customs policy committees at American Chamber of Commerce and European Business Association, Oleg takes an active part in law making, namely he contributed to drafting law on BEPS.
Having over 8 years of experience in tax law, Kostyantyn Kharchenko specializes on transfer pricing, taxation of business entities, tax reporting and accounting. He advises clients on tax audits and represents their interests in courts. Kostyantyn’s clients include many leading players in energy, retail, agribusiness, fintech and metallurgy industries – NBT AS, Scatec Solar, Eurocape/LongWing, Epiroc Ukraine, Dunapack, Svitoil.
Additionally, based on the performance results in 2019, partner board at INTEGRITES promoted Marta Hrunska to senior associate in the Cross-Border Litigation.
For 9 years, Marta Hrunska has been engaged in resolving complex disputes at the Ukrainian courts of all instances and other state authorities. Marta has built up her expertise dealing with sophisticated matters on asset tracing, debt recovery, anti-raiding and protection of enterprises from groundless claims of the regulatory authorities. Among Marta’s clients are international organizations, as well as foreign investors and large Ukrainian companies operating in such sectors as agro, energy and aviation.
In addition, Anna Garbar is appointed as associate in Antitrust and Competition, Zoriana Matiiash – as junior associate in Cross-border Litigation, and Diana Malysh – as Junior associate in Real Estate and Energy.
