INTEGRITES further reinforces its international dispute resolution capability

INTEGRITES is delighted to announce joining of Dmytro Marchukov and Serhii Uvarov as Partner and Counsel responsible for cross-border dispute resolution.

Prior to joining INTEGRITES they were part of the dispute resolution team at another Ukrainian firm where Dmytro Marchukov led the practice. At INTEGRITES they will primarily focus on cross-border litigation and arbitration, fraud investigation, asset tracing and recovery.

The new team members have extensive expertise in representing international and Ukrainian clients in close to every kind of dispute resolution matters, namely local and cross-border litigation, transnational insolvency and receivership, asset tracing and recovery, fraud investigation, anti-bribery probes, enforcement of mortgages and pledges (including against shareholdings in Ukrainian companies), commercial and investment arbitration under the major institutional and ad hoc rules, as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign judicial and arbitral awards. They have acted for the clients under the ICSID, ICC, SCC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, LMAA, JAMS, and ICAC at Ukrainian CCI Arbitration Rules. Dmytro Marchukov and Serhii Uvarov have worked on almost two dozens of arbitrations and arbitration-related court proceedings involving sovereigns and quasi-sovereigns. They were also engaged in a number of the Crimea-related investment arbitrations.

Dmytro Marchukov and Serhii Uvarov are active members of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association where Serhii Uvarov is the Secretary General and Dmytro Marchukov sits on the Board. Both played an important role in the preparation of the amicus curiae briefs submitted on behalf of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association to the Ukrainian courts in the arbitration-related local litigations. As a member of the working group, Serhii Uvarov also significantly contributed to the Ukrainian arbitration reform that was recently passed into effect by the Ukrainian Parliament.

Dmytro Marchukov and Serhii Uvarov are highly praised by the major international and Ukrainian legal directories in the various fields of dispute resolution. Both were involved in the multi-million complex litigation, which features in the most recent edition of the FT Innovative Lawyers.
