INTEGRITES gains a high recognition in Legal 500 EMEA 2018

The latest edition of international ranking Legal 500 recommends INTEGRITES in eight main practice areas: Energy, Dispute Resolution, Banking, finance and capital markets, Corporate and M&A, Real estate and construction, Tax, Competition and Intellectual Property.

The legal directory recognize the leadership of INTEGRITES in Energy (Tier 2) and recommends Managing Partner Dr. Oleksiy Feliv and Partner Oleh Zahnitko.

Dr. Oleksiy Feliv is recognized among Leading individuals. The ranking notices his advice to a developer of wind farms on new, high-value projects.

Dispute Resolution practice (Tier 2) is highly ranked. The ranking notices the representation of Retail Group companies in a $308m litigation against Bank Forum and Kyiv Rus. Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of CIS Arbitration practice, “who has a keen intellect and is meticulous” and Vyacheslav Korchev are recommended.

The directory recognizes “strategic, knowledgeable and business-focused” litigator Dmytro Marchukov as a Leading individual. Counsel Serhii Uvarov is recognized as a Next generation lawyer.

Legal 500 EMEA 2018 recommends Banking & Finance practice (Tier 2) that handled the acquisition of a €52m loan portfolio for Dragon Capital. Oleh Zahnitko and Vsevolod Volkov, who focus on banking and capital markets respectively, are recommended together with associate Olena Savchuk.

Real Estate practice (Tier 2) is highly ranked for having “a knowledgeable team that responds rapidly and provides good value”.

The ranking recommends Tax & Customs practice (Tier 2) and Counsel Viktoria Fomenko who joined INTEGRITES as a head of the practice team last year.

Competition practice (Tier 2) is highly ranked. The rating notices the experience of the acquisition of California-based MSC Software by Hexagon.
