INTEGRITES proves its positions in Chambers Europe 2020

Chambers Europe 2020 recognizes INTEGRITES in 4 law areas – Dispute Resolution: International and Domestic, Energy & Natural Resources and Tax. 4 partners in Dispute Resolution: International and Domestic, Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A receive individual recognition.

Dispute Resolution: International and Dispute Resolution: Domestic prove their positions in the ranking obtaining Band 3 and Band 4 respectively. The ranking mentions the team’s diverse track record in arbitration, acting for clients on international commercial arbitration cases as well as assisting with investment arbitration disputes. The team is recognized as very active in cross-border litigation. It also advises on domestic matters including tax, commercial, IP and shareholder disputes as well as assists with the enforcement of arbitral awards. The clients of the firm are international companies and large local clients from energy, industrial production and agriculture sectors. The ranking highlights two notable practitioners in this law area. The ranking highlights the firm’s expertise in wind farm projects, namely advising NBT and Total Eren on the construction of a 250 MW wind farm in Ukraine. The team also assists international and domestic clients in the oil, gas, mining sectors and represents energy companies in disputes.
