INTEGRITES is honored to announce that Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of CIS Arbitration practice has been elected President of the Polish-Ukrainian Chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club after serving as a Vice-President.
Olena is a recognized expert in the field of international commercial arbitration, litigation and international trade. Her 15 years experience of legal practice includes representation of clients in dozens of complex, quite often multi-jurisdictional, arbitration and litigation matters, contract drafting and contractual schemes, advising on performance and termination of contracts, as well as on commercial activity in general.
Spanish Arbitration Club (Club Español del Arbitraje) is a Spanish not for profit association whose aim is to promote arbitration as a means of conflict resolution and to develop arbitration in the Spanish and Portuguese languages or with a Latin-American component. The Club boasts more than 1000 members in 42 countries, all experts in arbitration, who have contributed to the consolidation of an international Spanish and Portuguese speaking arbitration community. Spanish Arbitration Club promotes its aims via its 30 International Chapters in Europe, America and Asia.
