Olena Perepelynska included in Shanghai Arbitration Commission's new Panel of Arbitrators

Partner and Head of International Arbitration at INTEGRITES Olena Perepelynska has been enrolled on the new Panel of Arbitrators (the 7th Cohort, Overseas) of Shanghai Arbitration Commission (the “SHAC”), with effect from 1 January 2022. 

The SHAC 7th Cohort includes 1785 arbitrators. SHAC received over 3000 registration forms from all over the world. After rounds of reviews, 386 overseas arbitrators from 110 jurisdictions were selected. Two arbitrators from Ukraine have been included into the new panel, with Olena Perepelynska being one of them.  

Serving as President of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association since 2016, Olena is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and Member of the CIArb Approved Faculty List (AFL). She has acted as arbitrator in about 70 arbitrations seated in 8 jurisdictions of Europe and Asia.
