Olena Perepelynska was appointed as Ukraine’s alternate member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration

Olena Perepelynska, Partner and Head of CIS Arbitration practice at INTEGRITES, President of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association, has been appointed by the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) World Council as Ukraine’s alternate member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. The appointment has been made on the proposal of the President of the Court and is effective as of 1 July 2018 for the following three years, until 2021. The Council appointed 176 Court members from 104 countries, with unprecedented gender equality, generation and geographical diversity.

Commenting her appointment Olena Perepelynska said that “It is my huge honor to be appointed as Ukraine’s alternate member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and I am excited to take part in current and future initiatives of the new Court. Together with the other members, we will work to achieve the goals of the Court constantly improving the quality of its services and efficiency of ICC arbitrations”.

The International Court of Arbitration is a branch of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and one of the world’s leading institutions for providing international arbitration services. The International Court of Arbitration is known for resolving international commercial and business disputes, administering more than half of all arbitration disputes worldwide. The ICC seat is located in Paris.
