Olena Perepelynska is one of the leading figures in the CIS arbitration community. She focuses on international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution, with particular expertise in agribusiness, retail, and natural resources. Since 2003, she has participated as counsel and arbitrator in over 110 arbitral proceedings in more than 10 jurisdictions under various arbitration rules.

His experience includes representation of the Ukrainian official authorities and state companies before foreign courts and international tribunals, as well as investors in their disputes with sovereigns. He also advised clients on transnational insolvency and receivership, fraud investigation, including anti-bribery probes, as well as recognition and enforcement of foreign judicial and arbitral awards in Ukraine. Since September 2017, Serhii acts as a Secretary General of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association.
