INTEGRITES acted as a legal counsel to the international air transportation company

INTEGITES Antitrust & Competition team, represented by Pavlo Loginov (Counsel), Bohdan Ilchenko (Associate) and Andrii Lasikov (Associate) acted as a legal counsel to the international air transportation company in relation to internal restructuring of the group.

The team obtained preliminary conclusion from the Antimonopoly Committee of for the restructuring project. The preliminary conclusion clarified whether the AMCU`s prior approval is required. Antitrust & Competition team analyzed relevant documents, drafted and filed required information, namely, an application and several additional explanations.
