INTEGRITES lawyers provided a number of legal consultations in order to ensure the compliance of the Client during the public procurement procedure.

In the framework of this legal advice, the team represented the Client’s interests by appealing the customer`s decision. The application on the violation of the public procurement procedure was filled to the public procurement Review body of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
