INTEGRITES Litigation team has successfully represented the Client in Kyiv Court of Appeal

INTEGRITES Litigation team has successfully defended the Client in criminal proceeding. Kyiv Court of Appeal granted the appeal and changed the acquittal regarding the Client on non-exculpatory grounds. The court of appeal established the non-involvement of the Client for the commission of a crime and made a lawful and substantiated judicial decision. Moreover, the court refused to satisfy the appeal of the prosecutor.
