INTEGRITES successfully represented a Ukrainian client in a multi-million LCIA arbitration

International Arbitration team of INTEGRITES has successfully represented a leading steel producer in Ukraine in a multi-party LCIA arbitration initiated by a European creditor. The key issues in the dispute concerned the interpretation of a loan facility agreement and application of the English Limitation Act 1980 to various claims. INTEGRITES team has prevailed on a defense of limitation having proved that part of the claim was barred. As a result, the tribunal reduced the amount of the claim by USD 7 mln, which exceeded the client’s expectations.
