INTEGRITES Tax and Customs team has successfully defended interests of the client in a court dispute

INTEGRITES successfully defended interests of the client in a UAH 26 million tax dispute in the Kyiv District Administrative Court.

The tax authority suspected INTEGRITES’ client, the leading producer of sunflower oil products, in having fictitious business transactions with its contracting suppliers. INTEGRITES team provided convincing counter-arguments and additional documents, as well as pointed out shortcomings in the evidence presented by tax authorities. The court of the first instance fully satisfied the client’s claims having ruled the tax assessment notices illegal and cancelled them.
