INTEGRITES wins arbitration regarding the design and commissioning of the biogas electricity power plant

International Arbitration team of INTEGRITES has successfully represented the client, Ukrainian operator of the biogas electricity power plant, in the ICAC arbitration against the German contractor.

The dispute arose out of the failure by the contractor to ensure proper commissioning and functioning of the client’s power plant. The Tribunal confirmed that the respondent had breached its contractual obligations. It also granted a major part of our client’s claim for damages and ordered the respondent to pay our client’s legal expenses in full.
