INTEGRTITES advised one of the leading cement producers

INTEGRITES acted as a legal adviser to one of the leading cement producers operating in Ukraine. Our Antitrust and Competition team, represented by Serhiy Shershun (Counsel), Pavlo Loginov (Counsel) and Bohdan Ilchenko (Associate), has developed the Commercial Policy which was successfully implemented by the Client in its business activity in Ukraine. The development of the Commercial Policy included, in particular, provisions applicable to current antitrust regulation and requirement.

In addition, INTEGRITES provided with a number of legal training on different competition issues the Client’s top management. During the training, lawyers explicitly and coherently explained to the audience the importance of competition compliance, as well as provided practical advice for day-to-day activity.
