Legal self-defense. Actions during a search, inspection and other investigative actions.

Stanislav Boris, Associate, White-Collar Crime pratice INTEGRITES, spoke about legal self-defense for the publication “Ukrainskii Jurist” and analyzed the mechanisms of protection against unlawful actions of law enforcement agencies. In addition he gave relevant examples from practice and told how client should act if his attorney comes under the blow and how the lawyer should behave in case of client’s imprudent actions.
