Olena Perepelynska, partner and head of International Arbitration at INTEGRITES, took part in “Corruption in Arbitration” conference

Partner and Head of International Arbitration at INTEGRITES Olena Perepelynska took part in “Arbitration and Corruption” conference in Moscow. The event was hosted by the Russian Arbitration Association and the Spanish Arbitration Club on February 6, 2020.

Olena acted as moderator of the session «Сorruption of arbitrators and arbitral institutions”. It featured the analysis of the corruption issues in Russian arbitration, examples from the Bulgarian, Romanian and Latin American experience. The panelists also discussed the well-known Tapie/Lagarde case. The special feature was the presentation of the Code of Best Practice In Arbitration by the Spanish Arbitration Club.
