Sergii Lakhno, counsel and head of International Trade at INTEGRITES, contributed a chapter on the Eurasian Economic Union to the recently published 5th edition of the International Trade Law Review by the Law Reviews.

Sergii made a comprehensive analysis of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) trade regime. In particular, he focused on the trade defense instruments, significant legal and practical developments in the EAEU enforcement, as well as outlined new restrictive measures between the EAEU and Ukraine. Additionally, he provided an in-depth analysis of trade disputes including WTO dispute settlement.
