Sergii Lakhno prepared the foreign trade remedies overview of the EAEC countries for The International Trade Law Review

Sergii Lakhno, Head of International Trade practice at INTEGRITES, prepared one of the sections at the fourth edition of The International Trade Law Review which is published annually by the London publisher The Law Reviews. This section concerns the latest changes in the trade regime and law enforcement practice in the foreign trade area of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC) countries. Also, Sergii describes the most relevant cases related to trade remedy measures, WTO trade disputes, bilateral changes concerning the trade protection regime and the practice of conducting trade investigations formed over the last period.
