INTEGRITES contributed a chapter on Ukraine to the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Guide 2023 by Ergün Law Firm (Turkey).

The first edition of the Global M&A Guide unites authors from 30 jurisdictions, each presenting a detailed analysis of the relevant legal provisions and practices in the respective jurisdiction, ensuring that readers gain valuable insights into the specific requirements and considerations when conducting M&A transactions in different countries.
