Igor Krasovskiy

Igor has experience across a broad range of finance transactions in emerging economies having acted for the full spectrum of multilateral financial institutions, high yield lenders, project sponsors and blue-chip borrowers in complex project, acquisition and structured financings. Igor’s experience also covers debt restructuring, high profile disputes, banking regulations and insolvency. Igor has experience in a range of sectors including banking, financial services, renewable energy agriculture, metals, oil and gas and telecommunication.


Igor Krasovskiy has obtained Specialist’s degree in National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise. (Graduated magna cum laude in Law)

Professional experience:

Prior to joining INTEGRITES, Igor was a local partner and head of the banking and finance practice of another international law firm, resident in Kyiv.


Member of Kyiv Bar Association since 2011.
