Krystyna Khripkova is a Senior Associate focusing on international investment and commercial arbitration and cross-border litigation. She has represented both, states and private clients in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations (including under ICSID, LCIA, ICC, SCC, SCAI (Swiss Rules), GAFTA, ICAC at the UCCI, ICAC at the RF CCI and UNCITRAL rules) seated in common and civil law jurisdictions. She has acted as counsel in numerous arbitration proceedings and has represented clients in cross-border disputes and setting-aside as well as enforcement proceedings before the Ukrainian courts.

Prior to joining INTEGRITES, Krystyna worked as a foreign lawyer in the Tier 1 international arbitration practice in London, UK, and before that was an associate at a leading Ukrainian law firm.
