Requirements:

• 3+ consecutive years of successful experience in in Energy and/or Real Estate practice
• Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university
• Western LL.M is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian
• Strong analytical abilities and outstanding technical and drafting skills
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, ownership, reliability, proactiveness
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, ability to work independently and in a team

Main responsibilities:

• Advising clients on various projects with a focus on Energy and/or Real Estate related matters
• Analysis of judicial practice regarding Energy and Real Estate cases
• Drafting various legal documents, legal opinion, memorandums, etc.
