Dmytro Marchukov spoke at the conference INTERNATIONAL DISPUTES AND ASSET RECOVERY INVOLVING RUSSIAN AND CIS PARTIES

On 29-30 January, Dmytro Marchukov, Partner and Head of Cross-Border Litigation at INTEGRITES, spoke at the conference INTERNATIONAL DISPUTES AND ASSET RECOVERY INVOLVING RUSSIAN AND CIS PARTIES, which was organized by C5 in London. Dmytro discussed the various practical aspects of managing asset tracing and recovery process in Ukraine. In particular, he focused on the impact of latest trends in the global market upon complex multi-jurisdictional cases, which involve Ukrainian parties. He also gave tips on coordinating civil, criminal and insolvency proceedings in order to increase efficiency of the recovery of the assets located in Ukraine.
