Antitrust counsels Serhiy Shershun and Pavlo Loginov discussed with the guests a range of topical issues related to the competitive regulation of the pharmaceutical industry.

The main event topics addressed relevant market definition, characteristics of marketing contracts with pharmacies, dealing with distributors. Particularly keen interest of the participants arose around the issue of the legality of the application of pharmaceutical companies discounts to product sales.
