INTEGRITES Cross-border Litigation team has successfully defended the Client in a dispute in the Kyiv Commercial Court. The firm acted for the producer of agricultural machinery, against the buyer, which claimed that the machinery did not comply with the stated parameters. In the outcome, the claims against our Client were denied in full.
