INTEGRITES launched HR club

INTEGRITES hosted the first meeting of HR club – new project that will feature regular discussion sessions for HR experts from the firm’s client companies. As HR Club’s leader, Illya Tkachuk, Partner and Head of Corporate and M&A and Labor law practices at INTEGRITES, will share professional expertise related to different legal aspects of the human resources management. The Club will gather on a quarterly basis.

Legal peculiarities of employees recruited for military service were in the focus of the first meeting. In particular, Illya Tkachuk told about state guarantees for employees recruited in the military and about the possible consequences for the employer.

“INTEGRITES is deeply involved in the development of labor legislation in Ukraine. To effectively contribute to the process, we engage in direct dialogue with the business community, because this is the best way to get feedback on the challenges business faces from legal point of view and help tackle them. The first meeting proved that professional expertise in labor law matters is in high demand”, commented Illya Tkachuk.
