On January 30-31, 2018 in London, the Conference C5’s International Disputes and Asset Recovery involving Russian and CIS Parties took place.
During the event, leading legal practitioners in the field of international court and arbitration disputes discussed the most topical for today problems and challenges that they face in their work and emphasized that a well-coordinated cooperation of lawyers from different jurisdictions is a key to achieve the required for the client result with the maximum efficiency.
During the presentation, Dmytro Marchukov shared his experience in recognition and enforcement of foreign court and arbitration awards in Ukraine, defining the most widespread reasons of their failure to be performed as well as paid a special attention to the latest amendments to the Ukrainian legislation related to this issue.
