Serhiy Shershun promoted to partner at INTEGRITES

INTEGRITES announces the appointment of Serhiy Shershun, Counsel and Head of Antitrust and Competition, as Partner effective from January 1, 2020. Following this promotion, the leadership board at INTEGRITES in Ukraine has grown to 11 partners.

Serhiy specializes in projects related to public procurement, pharmaceuticals and retail. He also supports clients in a number of cases on protection against unfair competition. Only in 2019, Antitrust and Competition team led by Serhiy provided legal support to the international and Ukrainian clients in more than 30 antitrust investigations.

After joining INTEGRITES in winter 2016, Serhiy Shershun together with his team implemented many projects for the clients – leaders in various industries: Turkish Airlines, KFC, Watsons, Wärtsilä France SAS, Farmak, Ukrgasbank, NBT AS, Novo Nordisk, CRH Ukraine Ltd., VALAGRO, WÖRWAG Pharma and others.

In 2019, the project supervised by Serhiy Shershun for PJSC Farmak and related to the recognition of a medical substances market in Ukraine has been highly commended in Creating New Standard category by Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe 2019.
