Kazakhstani Office of INTEGRITES participates in Eurasian Antitrust Forum

Annual International Eurasian Antitrust Forum is taking place on February 16-17, 2017 in Royal Tulip Almaty Hotel. 

Svetlana Shtopol, Partner of the International Law Firm Integrites Kazakhstan, is participating in the Forum.

The Forum organizers are JSC «Center of Development and Protection of Competition Policy», Association of competition and commodity markets development (Astana, Kazakhstan) and Non-commercial partnership «Competition Support in the CIS».

The speakers and participants of the Forum are the representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission (Director of the Antimonopoly Policy Department Zhandarbek D.), the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union (Chairman Fedortsev A.A., Deputy Chairman Bayishev Zh.N.), the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Deputy Chairman Dzhumabayeva A.M.), the antitrust authorities of the Member States of Eurasian Economic Union (Deputy Head Golomolzin A.N.), the science (professor Knyazeva I.V.), the experts of business communities (Yertlessova Zh.D., Radostovets N.V.), the international organizations and etc.

The Forum program consists of several sessions on the following topics:

1. Legal regulation of competitive environment in the Eurasian Economic Union;
2. The dominant position in the digital economy;
3. Determination of dominant position in the cross-border and sectoral markets;
4. Recent novelties in anti-monopoly legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its application.
