Volodymyr Rudnychenko moderated the session on “Victim’s Protection Mechanisms” within the framework of the IV All-Ukrainian Conference on Criminal Law and Procedure

IV All-Ukrainian Conference on Criminal Law and Procedure was held for the fourth time on November 9-10, 2017 with the support of INTEGRITES and other law firms, being the fourth large-scale event in the field of criminal law.

Volodymyr Rudnychenko, the Head of INTEGRITES’ Criminal Law Practice, moderated the session on “Victim’s Protection Mechanisms”.

“It is difficult to overestimate the significance of this issue, as without the proper legal advice of a lawyer, the victims of criminal offenses, unfortunately, stand little chance of success. They should actually carry out the investigation on their own, gather evidence, conduct expert examinations, assure the investigator and the prosecutor of the need to hold the opponent accountable”, highlighted Volodymyr Rudnychenko.
