Our arbitration team has represented the interests of the clients in more than 100 international commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under the arbitration rules of major international arbitration centers (ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICSID, VIAC, SCAI), regional arbitration centers (ICAC and MAC at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kazakhstani International Arbitrage), as well as in arbitration institutions specialized in different fields (GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, CAS).
